Arka is a constructed language which is used in an imaginary world. Our imaginary world is called Kaldia. It is similar to the Earth in many ways.
Arka started in 1991 in Japan. Arka is an a priori conlang (naturalistic artlang to be exact) with more than 15,000 words and its own conworld, Kaldia.
It is strange that a conlang which exists in a conworld has words from English or Japanese, etc. It is, however, very difficult and tiresome to create whole vocabulary from scratch, so most of the conlangs have a posteriori or small a priori vocabulary. Some conlangs have large a priori vocabulary but most of them tend to be lack of etymology of words backed up by their conworld or conculture and to be an engelang like John Wilkins' Real Character. Therefore Arka is rare for the point that it has large a priori vocabulary (more than 15,000 words) based on its conworld (Kaldia) and conculture.

This is how Arka language and Kaldia world are used. They are used in many ways. You can see the full-sized image (1280*729) by clicking the thumbnail below.
Q: You can find many sites on Arka in the internet. Which are the official sites? A: The official sites are any sites which are linked by Conlinguistics Conference. The other sites are not official. Their contents can be wrong. You can only count on the official sites because there are trolls which make statements against the fact.
Q: Can I make derivative works by using Arka and Kaldia? A: Yes. Using, copying, editting, creating derivative works, advertising, selling, commercial use and collecting are welcome. You do not have to get our permission before using them, but we will be very pleased if you tell us that you used them by e-mail or bulletin board. You can use any contents on this site freely. You do not have to care about copyrights.
Q: Who made Arka? A: Various people like adults and students made it. Above all Seren Arbazard is the leading figure. In Kaldia's myth, Axet, the heroes who defeated demons, made Arka.
Q: What are the good things of Arka? A: Arka is the most elaborate a priori conlang in the world and has its own elaborate conworld, Kaldia. We have not ever seen such an elaborate conlang. It started in 1991, so more than 20 years have passed. It is also a good thing of Arka.
Q: What do you want readers to do for Arka and Kalida? A: Derivative works by using Arka and Kaldia are welcome. For exapmle, if you draw a picture based on our works such as "Book of Xion" or draw a comic based on them, we are very pleased. Copyrights of derivative works belong to the creator, not us. Please ask us by e-mail or bulletin board when you want to have your Arka texts corrected. It is also welcome that you make mention of Arka or Kaldia on your twitter or blog or site. However, it is awfully pushy to foist them on anybody who is not interested in them.
Q: How can I make contact with the author of Arka? A: Here is our e-mail address. You can talk about Arka and Kaldia with us. Indivisuals are welcome.
I have translated some articles. If you correct my unnatural English, I will be very pleased.
First Guide http://constructed-language.org/arka/e_home_xivveiz.html You can understand what Arka language and Kaldia world are in ten minutes by watching this video. There are two girls in this video. They are goddesses of death. They are the characters from an Arka novel called Yumeoli (DreamWeavers). The left girl is named Shiki and the right girl is named Yuki.
You can study Arka here. Please work your way down the list in the left. Above all, you need to read Lein's lesson first. If you do not want a difficult course, then you need to read Lein's lesson.
If you want to understand what Arka is, then you need to read Overview.
If you want a listening and speaking course, then you need to read Listening.
If you want to understand Arka deeply, then you need to read Studies, though it is very difficult to figure out its articles.
If you click Lein's lesson 1, you shall go to Greeting, not Introduction.
If you do not understand how to study Arka, then you need to read How to Study.
If you are interested in conworlds and fantasies rather than conlangs, then you need to read Fantasy Theory.
If you doubt that people can create a conlang in keeping with linguistics, then you need to read How to create a conlang in keeping with linguistics.
If you doubt that Arka was made in keeping with linguistics, then you need to read an Arka's consideration of cognitive linguistics.
If you want to know the history of the conworld, then you need to read Ilmus (chronological table).
Welcome to Lein's lesson! Hello, I'm Shion, the student. I'm 17 years old and in the second year of high school.
Soonoyun! My name is Lein. I'll teach Arka. I'm a high school student in Arbazard. I'm not supposed to speak English, but the author made me speak it :)
Well, what is the word you said first? Uh... soonoyun? And Where is Arbazard? I can't find it in the world Atlas.
Soonoyun means hello. It can mean good morning, good afternoon or good evening. Isn't it useful, is it? Arbazard is a country in Atolas. Atolas is a planet where I live. Arka is spoken in this country.
Arka isn't a language in the Earth, is it? Now I understand why I haven't seen such characters.
These letters are called lunar letters (hacm). These are capital letters. They have 20 consonants and 5 vowels, so there are 25 letters in lunar letters.
They are too difficult to remember. Maybe I can remember E and F, but...
To tell the truth, we seldom use capital letters, so all you have to do is to remember the following small lettes.
OK, maybe I can remember these letters because their strokes are simple and some of the letters are similar to those of the alphabet. Lunar letters are letters in another world, but the number of simple letter shapes are small, so some lunar letters are similar to those of the alphabet, I think.
You can read more about the relationship between lunar letters and the alphabet here. This article on fonts is a bit difficult.
The small letters seem easier, but I can't remember them right now. OK, I'll transcribe them to the alphabet. I'll use transcribed letters till I get used to lunar letters.
X and c is difficult to understand. X is pronounced like sh in shop and c is pronounced like r in the Italian word cantare. Arka has l and r like English does. How about the other letters...? Y is like y in yes. J is like j in jelly. H is like h in happy. W is like w in wise...
You need to get used to transcribed lunar letters at first. Tx is pronounced like ch in church and ts is pronounced like ts in cats. Lunar letters are made to write Arka, so you can write Arka more efficiently by using them. Get used to the letters one by one. They have many symmetric shapes. I would often take tes for ket when I was little. But I believe you'll distinguish between tes and ket like you do between d and b of the alphabet.
It seems I have to get used to them in a step-by-step fashion by writing them with my hand. Anyway, I have to get used to the transcribed lunar letters. X is like sh in shop. C is like r in cantare. That's all for now.
These girls are heroines of a book named "Book of Shion". Nias Avelantis drew the pictures including Alia and Arsye who shall come later. Thank you for his great work.

"im fis, an nat...aa ...tu at sort na... im fis a" みたいなヘンな文になる。
"an lottttttoooo...., ya an lot tu et les ti...tee, am... ti et tia on tu a" とか。
"tu et papa! papaaaaa!! tatta! tatta de!" "attxannto!"
俺「あー、alfi... ti ku lax soa,? lex aa...les...tee, ti...teo, ti ku lax den taf tu i non, mia? a?」

non et min galt laal.
an et milfan nod yulfanとan et milfan galt yulfanを比べると、後者は自分が研究者であることを肯定している。

Bonjour. The English version also has the same error.

例えばYou play soccer.に対しYou can play soccer.は比較的速やかに覚えられるが、What do you play? You play soccer→Do you play soccer?→Do you play what?→What do you play? たいていの学習者は結局What do you play?が覚えられないまま終わるか、What do you play?
You can play soccer.は作りやすいが、What do you play? 結局、what do you ~?
はti (you) ar (play) tikgek (soccer). そしてWhat do you play?はti (you) ar (play) to (what)?
S: non V: xalm O: atolas(先行詞と同一なので省略)
アルカにも成句のようなフレーズは存在するnot only but alsoはen t hot tet k tanである。
